We deliver to all Customers throughout the UK and we offer FREE DELIVERY on full packs to majority of UK postcodes. Our Express Delivery is currently 2-4 working days. Everything will go through a quality check before we dispatch but please allow 10% for breakages, chips and corners in the transport due to the nature of the product. Pallet deliveries are made to a kerbside location. Customers are required to be at the property for delivery on the nominated delivery days to sign for the products. Please bear in mind our pallets can only be delivered on a solid surface that facilitate pump truck operation. The Kerb must be accessible for a 18ton pallet truck. Please sign as Damaged on Arrival if there are damages or you cannot check properly. REDELIVERY CHARGES APPLY We cannot accept returns of excess/leftover products. If you wish to return your order we are happy to accept the return providing the product is in its original packaging and still in sold condition. The customer is responsible for arranging the return at their cost and ensuring that the product is packed appropriately for transit. We can only accept return of full packs. There will be a 20% restocking charge for returns. Transport costs will be deducted from the refund amount as it is a 3rd party service. If product is returned via our Haulier, the cost will still have to be paid by the customer.
